The Covid lockdown has seen “non-essential” retail suffer more than most. The seasonal winter sales were unable to take part and with the preparation for the new Spring Summer season, stock levels have never been higher. Bogart approached Scanmatix to help them with their latest stocktake. They felt they needed a system that could improve speed and accuracy, as they had more stock than normal and had lower staff levels due to furlough. They also required the flexibility of using the scanners across their two locations and the ability to count simultaneously.
There was also a need to help identify stock that had been delivered during the lockdown, but had not been able to make it’s way to the floor. Getting an On Shelf Availability report was key as Bogart prepare to reopen.
